Jerry Carey is an MAI Senior Appraiser with over 25 years of experience at McGrath & Company, specializing in all types of real estate throughout the Mid Hudson region. Has an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut was a past President of the Mid Hudson Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

Jerry lives and raised his family in Hopewell Junction, NY and has expert knowledge of Dutchess, Orange, and Ulster counties.

Over 15 years experience in the appraisal field specializing in offices, retail and industrial properties in the Westchester, Putnam, Orange, Dutchess, Greene, Sullivan and Ulster Counties in New York and Fairfield, Connecticut. Other assignments in the area of tax certiorari, condemnation and project feasibility analysis.

Additional experience in the business environment, involved in all facets of the accounting and financial environment including acquisition and merger, employee stock options, taxation and insurance matters.
